Red Nose Day Rowing Challenge – A Fantastic Effort from Our School Community!

Our school was buzzing with energy and excitement as students took part in an epic House Rowing Challenge in support of Comic Relief. The atmosphere was electric as teams went head-to-head, pushing themselves to the limit to rack up as many miles as possible—all for a great cause.

Students competed in 10-minute slots, racing to accumulate as many miles as they could before passing the seat over to their teammates. Each house showed incredible determination, teamwork, and resilience, making it a thrilling competition from start to finish.

In the end, Saltram House claimed the top spot, rowing an outstanding 27+ miles! However, the true achievement was the collective effort—across campus, our students and staff rowed over 100 miles and raised £118 to support Comic Relief’s vital work.

This event was a fantastic demonstration of our school’s spirit, with everyone coming together to support such a meaningful cause. We couldn’t be more proud of the effort shown by all involved. A massive thank you to every student, staff member, and supporter who contributed to making the challenge such a resounding success!
