Self-Improvement Challenge
Students are continuing to work on their Self-Improvement Challenge throughout the half term break
Students are continuing to work on their Self-Improvement Challenge throughout the half term break. They have been encouraged to use their time to focus on their personal growth by attempting to complete some of the following:
- 30 minutes per day with no technology or devices
- Get out into nature every day (even if it’s not nice weather)
- Try something new or learn a new skill
- Spend time with your family
- Wake up early
- Cut out a bad habit
- Do something for someone else
- Read a book every day
- Keep a journal or diary of your activities
Students will then be looking at the impact of these when we return to school.
