Year 10 Students Get a Taste of the Royal Navy Catering Team
Our Year 10 students recently had the exciting opportunity to collaborate with the Royal Navy Catering Team. The day was filled with fun and learning as the students worked together to prepare a delicious meal of burgers and chips, followed by cookies and ice cream for dessert.
The students were provided with ingredients and simple, easy-to-follow recipes. Working in teams, they prepared the meals while the Royal Navy chefs offered support and guidance when needed. It was a fantastic opportunity for the students to improve their teamwork and cooking skills in a hands-on setting.
After the cooking session, the Royal Navy team gave an insightful presentation about life in the Navy and the career opportunities available within it. This was a great chance for students to explore possible future career paths.
