Year 7 Students Shine at Basketball Festival
Our Year 7 students recently had the exciting opportunity to take part in a basketball festival at the Life Centre. Over the course of the evening, they played an impressive six games, demonstrating outstanding determination, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
From the first tip-off to the final whistle, the team showed incredible perseverance and a positive attitude, working together brilliantly to improve their gameplay. Their passing, shooting, and defensive skills developed throughout the evening, and it was wonderful to see their confidence grow with each match.
A special congratulations goes to Yobile, who was named 'Player of the Evening' for his outstanding work rate across the court. His commitment and effort were truly commendable!
The students had a fantastic experience and are already looking forward to getting involved in more basketball when the new school year begins in September. Well done, Year 7!
