Year 11 Prom Launch for the Class of 2025 Was a Stunning Success!
We were thrilled to officially launch the Year 11 Prom for the Class of 2025 at SDCC with an incredible catwalk show that set the stage for an unforgettable celebration. No other school has ever hosted such a spectacular event, and it was clear that the uniqueness of this launch made it an extraordinary experience for all involved.
Students graced the runway in a dazzling array of smart suits and stunning dresses generously loaned by Bee Bee Gowns. The models brought their unique flair to the outfits, adapting them to reflect their own individual styles. The audience was captivated by the confident walks, striking poses, and the vibrant atmosphere, with cheers and applause filling the room.
What truly made the event special was the sense of community within the Class of 2025. The students came together to celebrate with one another, showing just how supportive they are. It was a heart-warming reminder of the friendships and teamwork that will define this year’s prom experience.
The event gave the Class of 2025 their first real taste of the exciting celebrations awaiting them after their exams. It was a wonderful start to what promises to be a memorable milestone in their school journey!

I performed to Michael Jackson's 'Dangerous,' and, in my opinion, it went really well! Everyone from my year seemed to thoroughly enjoy every second and every move I made.
