The trip began on Day 1 with the students arriving in Marbella and settling into their hotel resort. On Day 2, the football action kicked off as they faced local Spanish teams in an exciting festival of football. This experience was an opportunity for our students to learn more about Spanish football and make new friends.

On Day 3, the group visited Aqualandia water park, where they cooled off and had a blast on numerous water rides and attractions.The following day started with a morning coaching clinic at Malaga FC, where students received valuable tips and training from professional coaches. Later, they explored the historic charm of Malaga Old Town, immersing themselves in the local culture and history.

The excitement continued on Day 5 with their second football match. It was an enriching experience for our students to interact and play football with their Spanish counterparts. Engaging with the Spanish students allowed them to not only enjoy the game together but also to learn about their culture and way of life. Witnessing the joy and camaraderie as they communicated and had a blast together was truly heart-warming and memorable.

Day 6 was a leisurely day spent enjoying the resort's amenities before heading back to the airport. Finley said “The hotel was amazing. It had a huge pool and was right on the beach. We even had the chance to play water polo and water volleyball games with the ‘animation team’!”

Evenings were equally as fun, with the Euro quarter-finals taking place. Students gathered to watch the games or played cricket on the beach, adding to the camaraderie and excitement.

Throughout the trip, the students were a credit to themselves, their school, and their families. The week was filled with memorable experiences, and everyone is now eagerly looking forward to the announcement of the Football Tour 2025 next week!
