Year 9 Leaders Complete KS3 Leadership Training
Our Year 9 leaders recently wrapped up the final stage of their KS3 Leadership Training Programme, focusing on officiating. The afternoon began with a theory session where the leaders explored the qualities that make a good official. Following this, they dedicated time to planning their own activities or matches, applying the concepts they had learnt to real-world scenarios.
After the theory session, the students moved on to the practical component of their training. They put their newly acquired knowledge into practice by delivering the activities they had planned, taking on the roles of officials and ensuring that everything was safe, fair, and enjoyable.
